The Diagnostic
The diagnostic asks fifteen statements of a center's leaders, answered alone. What follows is what happens to those answers.
Each engagement response holds three things: the fifteen answers, the note if one was written, and the date it was submitted. Nothing else. Where a respondent sits is neither asked nor recorded.
No name. No email address. No participant code. The code used to open the diagnostic is checked at the door and discarded; what is written afterward carries no link back to it. This is how the instrument is built, not a policy applied on top of it. No record anywhere in the system connects a set of answers to a person, which means no such connection can be made, including by the advisor.
A trial read is different, and says so on its face. It is a single-perspective read prepared for one person. The fifteen statements are answered first; only at the end are a name and an email address asked for, so the read can be addressed and sent. Company is optional. These details are stored with that one response and exist for nothing else.
Engagement responses are read only as one pooled group. No subgroup views exist, by location or by anything else, so no answer can be narrowed toward a person by grouping.
Notes are stored as written. A respondent who describes their own role in a note may identify themselves. Notes reach a report only as short fragments chosen to avoid identifying anyone, and every report is reviewed by the advisor before it is sent.
Response records, engagement and trial alike, are retained for up to three years from the date of submission, then deleted automatically. Three years is the limitation period for contractual claims in India, and it is the reason for the number.
The complete record set for an engagement can be deleted earlier on request. Write to manish@manishsinha.com.
Records are stored on Netlify's infrastructure. The reading of responses into a report uses Anthropic's API. No data is sold, shared, or used for any purpose beyond producing the read and the work that follows it. The instrument sets no cookies and runs no trackers.
A trial read is emailed once, to the address its reader gives at the end: a copy of the same written read that appears on screen. That delivery passes through Resend, an email delivery service, which processes the address for that sending and nothing more. No other email is sent. The address is not added to any list; there is no mailing list. Engagement responses involve no email at all.
